Distribution Bookings:

*No stock can be provided to the Team Leader/Driver without an invoice Number clearly written on each box. We will provide the invoice number on your booking and deemed confirmed after payment has been made.

• Flyers need to be ready for collection 2 days prior to the distribution date marked clearly with the Invoice Number that we will provide to you upon booking.

• You must sort your flyers into uniform bundles of 250s or 500's, secured with rubber bands, box size cannot exceed 9kg in line with OH&S regulations. To avoid stock quarantine, these guidelines must be strictly adhered to avoid any delay of a distribution job.

 

Leftover stock:

Omni Direct Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for stock pick up without prior notification or appropriate labelling. We prefer that you send us exact quantity of flyers required for your distribution job. If we have leftover flyers from your distribution we need to know prior to the booking if you wish to collect the stock or if you are happy for the leftovers to be recycled. If we are not advised, any stock leftover will be recycled.

 

Payment:

Prepaid, Cancellation fee 10% of Distribution Rate - up to and including 7 days prior to distribution, 25% - Less than 7 days prior to distribution.

 

Terms & Conditions:

• Your materials will be collated with the materials of other customers and be distributed during Omni Direct Pty Ltd’ s normal scheduled distributions unless otherwise stipulated.

• Your materials will be distributed by independent contractors who are not directly supervised by Omni Direct Pty Ltd. Omni Direct Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for any delays for incorrect or failed deliveries. Omni Direct Pty Ltd does not guarantee that every household within the agreed distribution areas will receive materials at all, or all materials in a delivery bundle. Matters such as lack of unimpeded access, safety issues, inclement weather, "no advertising material directions, full letterboxes, and incorrectly labelled quantities are some of the factors that affect house hold delivery rates.

• You must ensure that your materials are bundled and/or labelled in the manner specified by Omni Direct Pty Ltd including any maximum weight requirements and made available for pick up within the time frames specified Omni Direct Pty Ltd. Driver material pick up times are an estimate only, as current shift commitments may affect Driver specific availability.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your materials do not contain illegal or offensive content or content which might infringe the rights of any third party or breach any law. Omni Direct Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject any materials for distribution.

• In case of provision of print services, it is your responsibility to check the proofs provided by Omni Direct Pty Ltd to you before printing.

• Omni Direct Pty Ltd requires payment of its charges before providing any services.

• Omni Direct Pty Ltd does not guarantee the outcome of any marketing campaign of which the distribution of your material forms part.

• Omni Direct Pty Ltd will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to your materials. As with any delivery or common carrier, risk of loss or damage remains with you and you must insure your materials.

• You are responsible for and must indemnify Omni Direct Pty Ltd in respect of, any claim, loss or damage, arising out of or relating to, the content of your materials which you give Omni Direct Pty Ltd to distribute. The content of your materials must comply with all applicable laws. For example, product safety laws, election notice laws, laws prohibiting misleading advertising etc.

 

Printing jobs:

• Artwork must be submitted by the customer as a print ready CMYK .PDF file. Omni Direct Pty Ltd is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of any information on the artwork.

• We do not maintain accounts. Payment for all goods is required before printing / dispatch.

• PLEASE NOTE: It is the customers responsibility to provide full details including trimming size for their orders. If trimming size is not provided, Omni Direct Pty Ltd reserves the right to apply our trimming and measurement as final and the invoice shall be calculated on our decision and at our discretion as we see fit.

• Print colour may vary from your proof, monitor and even from previous prints. If an exact match is required, please supply Omni Direct Pty Ltd previously printed product. We shall Endeavor to match this sample, but you should take your own steps to ensure the artwork supplied to us is correct.

• Omni Direct Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for colour variation. Electronic copies supplied by the client are not used for colour reference or matching.

• Turnaround time is 5-7 working days after approval of artwork and payment. If a client has a particular time frame for their product, please give us a call and we shall attempt to meet it. Any estimated delivery date for your order is made from the information available to us at the time. Circumstances beyond our control may change this date.

• Omni Direct Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any jobs that are delayed.

• Please note that there can be trimming variance of plus or minus one millimetre.

• Whilst all care is taken in checking your files for file related errors that may reduce the quality of your job, Omni Direct Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for files that are not print ready.

• Additional artwork fee will apply if you want us to correct any artwork after approval.

• Omni Direct Pty Ltd does not take any responsibility after approval of the artwork.

 

Other Terms & conditions

These Terms of use ("Conditions of Use") set out the conditions applicable to your use of, including your acquisition of products or services through, this website ("Website") by Omni Direct Pty Ltd. Omni Direct Pty Ltd may amend these Conditions of Use at any time by posting the amended terms on this Website which you acknowledge shall constitute sufficient notice to you thereof.

 

Acceptance of terms

You acknowledge and accept that by using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this Website.

Any use of and/or acquisition of any product and/or service offered on this Website is subject to the applicable Omni Direct Pty Ltd Contract Conditions ("Other Terms and Conditions"). Omni Direct Pty Ltd reserves the sole right to change, modify, delete or add any Material on the Website or discontinue your access to the Website including any features on it at any time with or without notice to you. Omni Direct Pty Ltd is not liable to you or to any third party should it exercise such right. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the services and/or products listed and/or the prices of such services and/or products.

Omni Direct Pty Ltd may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of this Website for any reason. Any suspected abusive or illegal activity may result in termination of your access and the activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. This website is published under licence and is managed by an independent Web-master. All transactions and orders are direct with the licensed company.
